Pricing
The Estaite MCP server is offered on four tiers. The Free tier requires no credit card and is intended for evaluation, hobby projects, and small agents.

What every tier includes
- All 13 tools — there are no per-tool gates.
- Full data coverage — 1,500+ US submarkets across every major metro.
- Monthly-refreshed pricing, vacancy, saturation, days-on-market, and affordability metrics.
- All three auth methods: header, Bearer, query string.
- Unlimited keys per workspace.
Sizing
A typical chat-style agent issues 1–4 tool calls per user question (one search, then one or two metric tools). At that ratio:
- Free comfortably covers ~250–500 conversations / month.
- Starter covers ~2,500–5,000 conversations / month.
- Pro covers ~25,000–50,000 conversations / month.
For batch enrichment workloads (e.g. tagging a list of ZIPs), each tool call is one record — pick the tier whose monthly quota covers your dataset and whose RPS lets you finish in your batch window.
Upgrades
Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard at estaite.com/developers. Quota changes take effect immediately on the next request; the per-second limit changes within seconds.
